Chelsea Pashnick is a Colorado transplant who has lived in Las Vegas since 2007. She joins the discussion on Future Jobs at Testbed Vegas’ Vegas Travel & Hospitality Tech event for May.
From a young age Chelsea wanted to be in the events world, beginning her career as an event manager for an events pavilion and festival planning organization at the age of 16. She took her passion to the next level by attending University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) receiving a dual bachelors in Hospitality Administration, Special Event Management & Spanish.
Following graduation Chelsea was selected in MGM Resorts Management Program and successfully navigated the Las Vegas sales market with MGM Resorts International, Live Nation, T-Mobile Arena, and now Levy Restaurants. Chelsea’s cites her key success to date developing and leading the Event, Group & Premium Sales department at T-Mobile Arena and growing private event sales revenue beyond any other arena nationwide.
This position led Chelsea to her current role as the National Sales Director for Levy Restaurants. In this role, Chelsea is responsible for developing and implementing the group sales department and driving ancillary revenue for the 5 Levy run Las Vegas venues and 168 additional arenas and stadiums nationwide .
Recognized in MGM’s 100 club over consecutive years and helping T Mobile Arena reach First in Billboard Magazines Arena Power Players in 2018, she also earned a Masters in Organizational Leadership, focusing on recruiting, maintaining, and motivating high functioning sales teams.
