Michael Caruso shares his Las Vegas experience and the future of gaming.

Michael spent the foundation of his career with the company that eventually became Agilysys beginning his term with the LMS product, highly successful in the gaming industry, where he was the Product Manager and also Installation Manager.

He then formally joined Agilysys where he dedicated almost 20 years to the growth and success of their products, locating himself in Las Vegas and and overseeing the sales operations of the company’s hospitality product set. Through his tenure the Agilysys became a global player and saw significant success in the Gaming and Casino industry around the world.

He enjoys the strategic aspects of bringing hospitality technology solutions to market and counts one his most significant achievements as the market growth of the Agilysys product globally, achieving a state of vendor of choice with their products for Casino operators.
