The Hospitality Technology Hacks & Pundits gathered for another great night out on January 9th at the CES 2020 Dinner.
Fifty industry professionals from around the world congregated for the evening including representatives from the vendor technology, hotel operations, gaming operations, global and industry media, industry membership organisations and industry consultants.

This year we chose local new restaurant entrant, Lamaii for their intimate and unique dining environment and bold modern Thai dishes. The spice was on and a few of our guests were feeling the heat! The Lamaii beverage team also created a unique Asian inspired cocktail list for Montellano’s Revenge, named for Daniel and Dennis Montellano as well as His Masters Voice for David Berger. Pimm’s rounded out the Hack & Pundit conjuring images of the Foreign Corespondents Club in Phnom Penh with a cooler style long beverage.
